Behind the scenes: a 40-meter mural for a corporate HQ

How we printed a 40-meter brand mural across two floors over a single weekend.
When a fast-growing tech company asked us to print a 40-meter brand mural across two floors of their new headquarters — over a single weekend, before staff moved in on Monday — we said yes. Then we started planning.
The design. The client's brand team supplied a continuous artwork spanning the main stairwell wall: an abstract cityscape built from their product iconography, flowing from the ground floor reception up to the second-floor collaboration space. Our studio spent a week preparing the file — tiling it into printable sections, checking resolution at actual size, and color-proofing against their brand guidelines.
Color calibration. Corporate brand colors are unforgiving. Their primary blue had to match Pantone exactly across two floors and a textured concrete surface, which absorbs ink differently than smooth drywall. We printed test swatches on an off-cut of the same concrete finish, adjusted the ink density, and locked in a profile before a single drop touched the real wall.
Site prep. On Friday evening, our crew masked edges, protected flooring, and ran a laser level along the full 40 meters. Any drift in the vertical rail would show up as a visible seam where the two floors meet, so alignment here mattered more than anywhere else in the build.
The print. Printing ran continuously from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon. The PA Model M Series moves methodically along its track, laying down the image in passes while our operator monitors color and edge quality. Total machine time: roughly 30 hours for 40 linear meters of full-color artwork.
The reveal. By Sunday evening the protective film came off and the client's facilities team walked the space. Their reaction made the weekend worth it — the mural reads as one continuous piece of art, with no visible seam between floors.
Large-format corporate work is where wall printing shines brightest: speed, repeatability, and brand-perfect color that a paint crew simply can't match on a deadline.
