Wall printer producing a large-format mural

How Much Does Wall Printing Cost?

A plain-English breakdown of per-square-meter rates, ink durability, and how direct-to-wall printing compares to hand-painted murals and vinyl.

Wall printing turns any flat wall into a full-color, photo-quality installation — no scaffolding, no wallpaper seams, no repaint cycles. The most common question we get is simply: how much does it cost? Here's the honest breakdown.

Standard interior

₱6,000 – ₱9,000

per sqm

Smooth painted drywall or plaster with light prep. Typical for offices, cafés and retail feature walls.

Photo-real / complex art

₱9,000 – ₱12,000

per sqm

High-resolution photography, gradients, brand illustrations or CMYK+W layered work.

Exterior / heavy prep

₱12,000 – ₱15,000+

per sqm

Outdoor surfaces, textured walls, or heritage sites requiring priming and UV clear-coat.

What's included in the per-square-meter rate

  • On-site setup, printer calibration and colour proofing
  • UV-cured pigment inks (CMYK + White where the substrate needs it)
  • Operator time and post-print inspection
  • A pre-install site visit for anything over 15 sqm

Floor printing

The PMP1000 prints directly onto floors as well as walls — sealed concrete, tile, terrazzo, stone and epoxy. Floor graphics carry the same per-square-meter structure but add an anti-slip clear-coat rated for pedestrian traffic, so they suit lobbies, retail aisles, parking markings and decorative entrance floors. Floor work is typically priced at the photo-real / complex-art tier because of the extra prep and slip-rated finish.

What can push the price up

  • Surface prep: filling, sanding, priming or sealing rough walls and floors
  • Access: ceilings above 3.5 m, tight stairwells, or after-hours installs
  • Design work: we can print your file as-is at no extra cost, or produce artwork for you
  • Protective coating: anti-graffiti, slip-rated floor clear-coat, or matte/gloss varnish for high-traffic areas

Ink durability — what you're actually paying for

The ink is the reason wall printing outlasts vinyl. Our printers use Epson-certified UV-cured pigment ink that bonds to the wall as it prints. On interior walls that means 5–10+ years of true colour with no peeling, bubbling or seam lines. Outdoor installations get an additional UV clear-coat and are typically rated 3–7 years depending on direct sun exposure.

How much is a wall printer to buy?

For context: entry-level portable vertical wall printers start around USD $15,000, and production-grade machines like the PMP1000 sit closer to USD $35,000–$40,000+ before inks, spare printheads, transport cases and operator training. For most brands, agencies and property owners, hiring a service is a fraction of that — and the finished install carries our workmanship warranty.

Timelines

  • Small feature wall (up to 6 sqm): same-day install
  • Standard lobby or café (6–20 sqm): 1 working day
  • Large campaign (20–60 sqm): 2–4 days with overnight staging available

How to get a firm quote

Every wall is different — the fastest way to a real number is to send us a photo, the approximate dimensions, and the artwork (or a rough brief). We come back within one business day with a fixed price, not a range.
